Eight out of every 10  people will experience lower back pain at least once in their lives. I can tell you from personal experience, lower back pain is not fun. It can stop your training dead in it's tracks and can cause many negative compensations to occur in your movement quality.

In this podcast, Joe and I talk about what to do when you have a back injury.
