This is for all you executive athletes, aka you people with your butt in a chair most of the day. We know prolonged sitting is not good for your health. We also know it can wreck your hip mobility, force you into a junky position and create chronic lower back issues. If you don't care about you hip mobility or spine, how about this. IT WILL HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT! Watch the video below to see what I'm talking about. A friend of my Juliet Starrett referenced this on Facebook about a week ago and it's also referenced in the book The Story of the Human Body by Daniel Lieberman. I highly recommend you read this book. The numbers for this video are based off a 150 lbs person calculated at this site.
Switch to standing more and your body will thank you for it. Dr. Danny, PT, DPT

If you want to be able to switch between sitting and standing, get something collapsible. StorkStand weighs four pounds and costs a tenth of what other standing desks do. The Kickstarter for it is at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/889675794/storkstand-the-most-affordable-mobile-standing-des

HI Danny, I saw you video & totally agree with as you asked about standing desk. Use of standing desk in workstation or home office is better for health. I am also using a vertdesk adjustable standing desk. & I feel more energetic during working on standing desk.

Trevor, that's great. I felt much better after switching to a standing desk as well.
