Here Are Your Lower Back Pain Exercises

A Personal Message From The Athletes' Potential Team

When lower back pain starts, it’s easy to think “oh it’s just an ache and will go away tomorrow”. Or maybe you assume you just slept on it wrong or was on the computer too long. Even worse, maybe you think “it’s normal” because you’re getting older…

Is that the way you feel right now?

If so, you’re not alone. In fact we see people in Atlanta, just like you everyday at Athletes' Potential.

You see, with lower back pain everyone asks us the same questions…

Why does my lower back hurt so much? I'm not even sure what I did...

Why isn’t this lower back pain going away?

Am I going to have to live with lower back pain forever?
Unfortunately, there's a ton of bad information out there about lower back pain. Sometimes you even get this bad information from other medical providers. We constantly hear people being told they have the back of an 80 year old when they are only 40. It's hard to un-hear information like this. Here's are three truths about back pain.

Truth #1: Lower back pain will not just go away on it's own. You can avoid the things that aggravate your back but the real question is, why do those things aggravate your back. Avoidance is not the solution.

Truth #2: You don't need surgery. People actually needing back surgery are very rare. Typically this involves a major trauma like a major car accident. 98% of back pain does not require surgery or an injection.

Truth #3: Other people cannot "fix" you. People like our Doctors can eliminate pain and teach you how to keep it that way. You still have to commit to fixing yourself. You have to become the hero of your own health, you just need someone like us to show you the way.
If you've tired of frustrating neck pain, you're not alone.

In fact, we see people just like you every day.

Because we know all to well how frustrating it can be to actually get help in our healthcare system, I have a special offer for you.

We reserve a few spots each week for our Doctors to get on the phone with people who are not sure what to do about their back pain.

This way you can tell an actual Doctor your story and get your questions answered before making the commitment to book an appointment.

Does that sound like something you would be interested in?

Most people want help but get stuck trying to figure out who to go see.

One thing I can guarantee is that if you do nothing, your back pain won't get better.

On our phone call we'll help you find the best fit. Even if you're not an ideal fit for what we do, we'll help you find the right Doctor for the injury you have. We just want you to get the help you need.

Does that sound fair?
