The traditional medical model has failed people like us. We’re all athletes or former strength coaches who went on to get our doctorate degree in physical therapy. We know how important your health and fitness is to you. We’re here to not only get you out of pain, but to help you come back better than you ever thought possible.

What can I expect in my first appointment?

All of our appointments are one-on-one with your doc of physical therapy for an entire hour. We’ll take deep dives into your your goals, training methods, biomechanics, functional movement analyses customized to your training style, and make sure we get crystal clear on the best game plan to not just get out of pain but hep you crush your goals as well!

How many sessions will it take to fix my pain?

At Athletes' Potential, we go by our 3 Step Process:

There is no "one plan fits all" approach to how we create our plan of care. We make sure to talk with you through your goals and needs and come up with an optimal timeframe together.

Performance Physiotherapy

Dry Needling
- Dry needling is the strategic placement of a thin needle into spots known as trigger points to alleviate pain. When describing dry needling, our go-to analogy is a sniper.
Blood Flow Restriction

Can I use my HSA or FSA dollars to pay for care?

Absolutely! Many of patients take advantage of this!

Who will I see for my appointment?

You'll be paired with one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy who is an expert in your sport, activity, or injury.

This doctor will understand the lingo and the specific movements of your sport or activity. Here at Athletes' Potential, we prioritize this compatibility between client and doctor as it enhances communication and helps us dial in the perfect treatment plan.

Will I have exercises to do at home?

Yes!
It is important for you to continue your progress at home as well.

But here's the best part. You wont be left on your own. If you ever have any questions you'll be able to connect with your provider directly via email to make sure your time is well spent!

What if I do not have equipment for my at-home exercises?

Not to worry! Our docs will provide exercises that are well curated to accommodate you and your environment.

Do I need a referral?

Nope! You have direct access to a physical therapist, but we will always work in collaboration with your medical providers.

How do I book an appointment?
